Zlatan Duratović, 20, topped the field to become the new Mister BiH 2011. He won the title of the most handsome man in Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 20. Runners-up were Ervin Kajeviću and Nemanja Grmuša. Mister Photogenic was Vladimir Milivojac.

Miss America 2012 state contests continue in full swing. Recently crowned were Miss South Carolina Bree Boyce, Miss Mississippi Mary Margaret Roark, and Miss Texas Kendall Morris.

Dominique Requin recently won the title of Men's Health Australia 2011 at gala ceremony on June 8. This is the third year of the Australian contest - similar to the Men's Health magazine contests in Spain and Korea. Oh, the Brazilian edition of Men's Health has just announced their new contest - Cara da Capa, the winner of which will appear on the October 2011 cover. (Photos: Men's Health Australia)

Today, at chic campus hotspot and coffee house Café Zulu, Dean Harris and Prof. Chandni organized a fashion show to show Beauty School's male scholars how to dress for their all-important job interviews. With the terrible economy and record unemployment rate, they cannot rely on their handsome faces and beautiful bodies alone. They must dress for success. No board shorts or flip flops - suits and ties only!

RUNNERS-UP TO BMOC 2009

In the staff lounge today, over lunch, Lorraine, Beauty School's beloved librarian, and Prof. Chandni, head of Beauty School's Departments of Chemistry and Cosmetology, tabulated the votes for the title of BMOC 2009.

They really didn't have to tabulate, as the polling was completely live and 100% transparent. Lorraine wanted to spend her lunch time getting her eyebrows waxed, complaining that the votes counted themselves and everyone could see who won. But Prof. Chandni insisted on verifying the completely live, 100% transparent vote, saying, "You always need to verify the vote. I am still of the very strong opinion that Ernst & Young did not in fact verify the vote at Miss Universe 2006! Look at the outcome! That vote was not verified!"

SEXIEST MAN ALIVE

The other night at Beauty School campus coffeehouse hot-spot Café Zulu, students held an informal poll and elected 21 year-old Gabriel Garro, Mister Costa Rica 2006, as "Sexiest Man Alive - Now and Forever."

Gabriel competed in Manhunt International 2006, where he won the Mister Photogenic award, and now is a hot property on the fashion runway and in fashion ads, especially in Asia (he is muy cotizado in Asia, evidently). He has appeared in magazine ads for Pierre Cardin, Dolce & Gabbana, Levi’s, Häagen Dazs, Nissan, and Puma, among others.
