MISS NICARAGUA 2010

The new Miss Nicaragua 2010 is Miss Región Autónoma del Atlántico Sur, Scharllette Allen Moses, 18. She won the pageant late Saturday night.

MISS NICARAGUA 2009

The new Miss Nicaragua 2009 is Indiana Sánchez. First runner-up was Slilma Ulloa; second runner-up was Maritza Rivas. Indiana was crowned just after midnight, at a glittering pageant held in the Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío in Managua.

Here is Indiana competing in a preliminary contest for "Miss Model," along with fellow contestants Iris Ordeñana y Maritza Rivas. Iris won the "Miss Model" title at the pageant, while Indiana won "Miss Photogenic."
