Miss Corozal Viviana Ortiz Pastrana, 23, is the new Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2011. She won the title last night in a glittering ceremony held at the Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico in San Juan. First runner-up was Miss Bayamón Stephanie Román. Second, Third, and Fourth runners-up were Miss Gurabo Jessica Joan Santiago, Miss Ciales Desirée del Río, and Miss Humacao Beth Pérez.
