Here's Miss Universe 1962, Norma Nolan on the cover of a brochure for the 1963 Pageant. She's the only winner from Argentina, and one can see why she won. She looks splend in her white Catalina Swimsuit. The sash, tiara, and title didn't have far to travel, as she ended up crowning Ieda Vargas of Brazil. A nice, neighborly gesture.
