Un muy guapo gaucho uruguayo is the new Mister Intercontinental 2009. A very healthy 19 year-0ld Marcos Palombo of Montevideo won the title last week in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Marcos gives clear credence to the saying, "Como el Uruguay, no hay."
