The new Miss Chinese International 2009 is Christine Kuo of Toronto, Canada. First runner-up was Miss Hong Kong Skye Chan, and second runner-up was Ceci Chen, Miss Vancouver, Canada.
The Year of the Ox will be a great one for Christine!
