Leave it to Lorraine, our beloved librarian. We heard the click, click of her heels in the hall and she slipped this photo under the Dean's door with this note, "Boys, I found a box labeled 'Beauty Queens on the cover of TV guides,' what do you make of this one, sheesh?" Well, what to make of it? It's Debbie Shelton, Miss USA 1970 sporting a most unfortunate swimsuit. We're sure Debbie would not have picked this outfit out herself, probably something supplied by the pageant. Its plain and simply most unattractive, very early 70's, but Debbie still looks great despite the garb.
