Norma Nolan, of Argentina receives the 1962 Miss Universe crown from the outgoing Miss Universe, Marlene Schmidt of Germany. Norma was of Irish and Italian descent and the only Argentine to ever win the title of Miss Universe. Little is known of whatever became of Norma after winning the crown. Rumor had it she ran a bookstore in Little Havana in Miami, but those rumors cannnot be confirmed. If anyone has news of Norma's whereabouts, we'd love to hear from you.
