Let us pause to say farewell to Miss Teen USA 2007, Hillary Cruz of Colorado, seen here in a photo from last month. She has the honor of being the last Miss Teen USA to be crowned live on US broadcast television. The ratings for Miss Teen USA went to the dogs over the past ten years, and NBC dropped it after last year's telecast. Tonight, a new Miss Teen USA will be crowned, but not in front a live television audience in the US.
