Beauty School is all abuzz about the announcement of Sarah Palin, as John McCain's vice-presidential pick on the Republican ticket for the upcoming United States presidential race. His VP selection turns out to have been a beauty queen. In 1984, she was selected as Miss Wasilla and competed in the Miss Alaska America pageant. She won the title of Miss Congeniality and finished as first runner-up. Her talent was playing the flute. This is gonna be a race to watch.
