This last weekend saw the crowning of a new Miss USA and Miss Brazil. We thought we'd share a photo from 50 years ago at the Miss Universe pageant of 1958, where both Brazil and the USA placed in the top five. Miss USA, Eurlyne Howell, placed as third runner-up and Miss Brazil, Adalgisa Colombo, was first runner-up. Best of luck to both the new Miss USA, Crystle Stewart, and Miss Brazil, Natália Anderle, at the 2008 Miss Universe pageant in Vietnam on July 13.
