The next stop on the "Tour the USA" is Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, USA, is the self-proclaimed Crawfish Capital of the World...and the hometown of Miss USA 1996, Ali Landry.As Ali will tell you, 98% of the crawfish harvested in the USA comes from the great state of Louisiana. Crawfish are usually boiled live in a large pot with lots of seasoning (salt, cayenne pepper, lemon, garlic, etc.) along with potatoes or corn. If you are like Ali, and from Breaux Bridge, you have probably been to many a crawfish boil.
