Miss Normandie, Malika Menard, 22 and a law student, is the new Miss France 2010. She won the coveted crown early Sunday morning, just after midnight local time, in a glittering ceremony held in Nice. Miss Rhône-Alpes, Virginie Déchenaud, was 1st runner-up. Miss Bretagne, Mélanie Craignou, was 2nd runner-up. Emilie Corbi, Miss Provence, was 3rd runner-up, and Nathalie Ample, Miss Quercy-Rouergue, was 4th runner-up.
