Miss Earth 2009 is Miss Brazil! Miss Brazil Larissa Ramos, 20, a biology student, won the title tonite during a glittering coronation ceremony held at an eco-village in Boracay, Philippines. First runner-up in the prestigious pageant was Miss Philipppines, Sandra Seifert (Miss Earth Air). Second runner-up was Miss Venezuela, Jessica Barboza (Miss Earth Water). Third runner-up for the coveted title was Miss Spain, Alejandra Echevarria (Miss Earth Fire).
