Mr. New Zealand Pacifique 2009, Michael Rankin The first annual Mr. New Zealand Pacifique contest was held back in March. The winner was 19 year-old university student Michael Rankin, a native Kiwi of Samoan heritage. He defeated 13 other contestants for the title.
