Top 3 at Miss Universe 1990 - first runner-up Miss USA Carole Gist; Miss Universe 1990 Mona Grudt of Norway; and second runner-up Miss Colombia Liseth Mahecha. We loved the opening number that year - "Dancin' in the Streets."
