For the first time since 1996, there is a new Miss Luxembourg. She is Dianna Nilles. She won the contest last night. First runner-up was Sihem Tabi; second runner-up was Sabine Meyer. Will we see Dianna at Miss Universe 2009? Let's hope so! (Photos: RTL and Wort)
