A lovely Saturday afternoon on the Campus of Beauty School. All the students are gone and a perfect time for faculty and staff to get together. Lorraine, our beloved librarian, brought some deviled eggs and a stack of old pageant programs to keep us amused. We particularly loved the program of the 40th Anniversary of Miss International (donated by the way, but the ultimate pageant fan, William Prendiz de Jurado, to whom we are eternally grateful.) As you see there were some translation problems in what the candidates meant to say and what actually got printed. Miss Argentina wants to own her modeling agent and Miss Greece wants to do informational modeling. Say what?
