Picture it - Miami Beach, 1966, the site of the Miss Universe Pageant. The "Introduction?" The debut of the pedestals the five finalists would stand on for the final vote. The "Goodbye?" As far as we know the last time Miss Cuba competed for the title of Miss Universe (If were mistaken, please let us know.) We love the swimsuit picture, were it appears Miss Chile is giving Miss Wales a piece of her mind, while the contestant to her right seems upset that she forgot her sash. Miss Cuba is looking lovely and wouldn't it be nice to see that country send a delegate to the next pageant?
