The headline in the UK newspaper Daily Star on Monday, November 29, 1995 (she won the title on Saturday, November 27) said "World Class," and indeed, that was and is the case. Interesting tidbit: the Morleys refused to let her comment to the press on their decision to force Miss Nigeria Toyin Raji to withdraw from the contest because of the country's execution of nine dissidents.
