There's an old saying that says, "When in doubt, wear pearls." In this case, it's when in doubt wear everything! How Miss Universe 1998, Wendy Fitzwilliams of Trinidad and Tobago, packed this national costume still boggles the mind. We're glad she did, because she looks stunning in it!
