During a staff meeting at Beauty School, it was pointed out that we had never posted a photo of one our favorite Miss USA's, Shawnae Jebbia, Miss USA 1998. Let us correct that right now with two photos of Shawnae, one of the most natural and graceful ladies to wear the crown. We still remember the finals at Miss Universe, when she gave the judges the thumbs up to show her approval of Wendy Fitzwilliam's being named to the top three, right after she herself did not make that cut.
