It's graduation week at Beauty School and we decided to trot out some rare photos donated to our august institution by a generous benefactor who wishes to remain anonymous. Here is an exclusive photo of Miss Universe 1977 taken in the late 1990's, Janelle "Penny" Commissiong of Trinidad and Tobago, she's the first woman of color to win the title of Miss Universe. Well after 20 years of winning the title she looks fabulous!
