Miss Universe 2001, Puerto Rico's Denise Quiñones, the Keeper of the Crown. She didn't put her crown on the winner of Miss Universe 2002, Oxana Federova of Russia; she put a new crown on Oxana...and evidently got to keep the old one, the design of which dated back to the 1960's.
