Vietnam will host the 57th annual Miss Universe pageant this July. One of the Deans of Beauty School was in Ho Chi Minh City, just south of Nha Trang, the venue for Miss Universe 2008, when the first news broke.Several months later, the official signing ceremony took place, and here are a few photos.
